In the last couple of weeks I have noticed on the road of my back lane where I part my car that there is a collection of smallish patches of what possibly could be oil although I’m no expert. I have checked the oil level 3 times in the past two weeks and it is down slightly. However averaging the oil consumption of my car over the last 3 months, it is 1500 miles using about 500ml (0.5l) engine oil which I don’t think is too bad for a 1999 Ford Focus 1.8 (PETROL) with 80k miles on the clock
