Unit Ford Focus Car

I just placed the spare tire on my 2002 Ford Focus yesterday.

I have a 2000 1.6 Ford Focus with the Zetec S Engine, kicking out about 135bhp atm. I was just wondering if anyone knew how much bhp I could get out of this engine? and what to do to it.
